Michigan Kinesiology doctoral programs ranked no. 1 in the country
For the second consecutive time, the National Academy of Kinesiology (NAK) ranked the University of Michigan School of Kinesiology's doctoral programs as no. 1 in the country. The rankings incorporate metrics related to faculty — including productivity, funding, and visibility — and to students, such as admission and career placement numbers and publication rates.
“We’re thrilled that the National Academy of Kinesiology has again recognized the strength of our doctoral programs and the value they provide to our students,” says SoK Dean Dr. Lori Ploutz-Snyder. “Our faculty’s expertise, productivity, and commitment create opportunities and support that are second to none, allowing our students to contribute at a level that impresses us every day.”
