This course is designed to introduce techniques used in the prevention and care of athletic injuries. Emphasis is placed upon skills necessary to manage and prevent injuries common to active lifestyles, including acute and overuse injuries. Skills include, equipment fitting, basic taping and bandaging, and emergency management.
