This course introduces students to the major types of professional sports venues—major league stadiums, ballparks, and arenas—viewed from a real estate development perspective, including the venue concept, market analysis and feasibility, financing and capital structure, pro forma analysis, location attributes, site selection, planning, design, construction, operations, and disposition.
